There’s something magical about taking a forgotten space and giving it new life. I recently had the joy of leading the design on a complete gut renovation for an investor who saw potential in the cutest little cottage—and the result is nothing short of a sweet, storybook abode.

The home was in rough shape, but we viewed that as a blank canvas. Every detail, from the layout to the light fixtures, was thoughtfully chosen to enhance the home’s charm while elevating its functionality. I focused on creating a seamless flow between spaces, blending timeless finishes with just the right touch of warmth and whimsy.

Material selection was key—we paired natural textures with soft, inviting tones to honor the home’s cozy roots while giving it a fresh, modern edge.
